                             RESOLUTION NO.   20335  
                  
                  
                  A RESOLUTION RATIFYING, CONFIRMING AND 
                  APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE FOR SPACE 
                  LOCATED IN THE 535 CHESTNUT STREET BUILDING 
                  AND AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE 
                  DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO EXECUTE A 
                  MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTHEAST 
                  TENNESSEE PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL FOR THE 
                  MANAGEMENT OF SAID BUILDING, COPIES OF WHICH 
                  ARE ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY 
                  REFERENCE.
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby ratified, 
       confirmed and approved the execution of a Lease for space located 
       in the 535 Chestnut Street Building owned by the City of 
       Chattanooga; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Administrator of the 
       Department of General Services be and is hereby authorized to 
       execute a Management Agreement with the Southeast Tennessee 
       Private Industry Council for the management of said building.  
       Copies of said Lease and Management Agreement are attached hereto 
       and incorporated herein by reference.
